We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive who will work in the market, meet customers, and generate sales by taking orders directly from clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships with customers, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned market areas and meet existing and potential customers.
- Present and explain company products or services to customers.
- Generate sales and take orders directly from clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities in the market.
- Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.
