- Monitoring efficiency of work and processes to ensure quality repairs
- Continue growth in sales and net income of bodyshop department
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Builds and maintains good working relations with insurance companies
- Ensure collection of all insurance company payments.
- Troubleshoot & solve daily issues.
Customer Service and Satisfaction:
- Ensuring high quality standards of workmanship
- Ensuring all parts estimated and authorized are fitted to the vehicle, any non-required but authorized parts are not charged to the customer or Insurance Company.
