Job Description – Production Engineer
Position: Production Engineer
Industry: Mechanical Manufacturing
Location: Naroda GIDC, Ahmedabad
Experience: 3–7 Years
Salary: Up to 35K
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Handle and supervise production manpower efficiently.
- Prepare and implement production planning schedules.
- Ensure smooth operation of VMC/CNC machining processes.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Store departments for smooth production.
- Monitor machine utilization and improve production efficiency.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety guidelines.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase productivity.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of VMC and CNC machining.
- Good understanding of engineering drawing reading.
- Experience in production planning and scheduling.
- Manpower handling and team supervision.
- Basic knowledge of machining processes and manufacturing operations.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
