- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate briefs into visual solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Generally 5+ years of professional experience, often within an agency or in-house marketing team.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, professional design work across various media.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design software.
- Design Expertise: Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.
