Role & responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using optometric equipment
- Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids
- Interpret optical prescriptions and ensure accurate lens fitting
- Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses based on their needs and preferences
- Provide advice on lens types, coatings, and eyewear maintenance
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of optical instruments
- Work closely with sales staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Stay updated with advancements in optometry and optical products
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Optometry (B.Optom or equivalent)
- Valid license or certification to practice (if required by local regulations)
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
