Job Description:
Laxmi Hot Bakers Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage and supervise housekeeping operations within our factory premises. The ideal candidate should have experience in a factory or industrial environment and be able to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and effective team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping staff and daily operations
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards across factory premises
- Assign and monitor daily housekeeping duties
- Maintain cleaning materials and inventory records
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards
- Coordinate with management regarding housekeeping requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a factory/industrial environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety practices
- Good communication and organizational skills
Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
