KNS Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations across multiple outlets. The candidate will be responsible for managing store performance, staff productivity, customer satisfaction, hygiene standards, inventory control, and overall business growth while ensuring smooth execution of company policies and SOPs.
Operational Management
- Supervise and manage daily operations of all assigned outlets.
- Ensure smooth functioning of kitchen, service, billing, and delivery operations.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and customer experience.
- Implement and monitor SOPs across all locations.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise outlet managers and staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and staff evaluations.
- Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, and employee behaviour.
- Build a positive and motivated work environment.
Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve monthly sales targets and profitability goals.
- Analyse outlet performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Plan local marketing and promotional activities, Increase customer retention and brand visibility.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
