We have a vacancy as Admission counsellor in Five Elements School, Bowrampet branch.
- Handle admission enquiries from parents and students.
- Provide complete information about the school curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
- Counsel parents and students regarding suitable classes/programs.
- Conduct campus tours and explain school policies and culture.
- Assist parents in filling admission forms and completing documentation.
- Verify student records and required certificates.
- Coordinate entrance tests, interviews, and assessment schedules.
- Maintain accurate admission records and student databases.
- Follow up with prospective parents regarding admissions.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in enquiries professionally.
- Maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians.
- Share admission updates, deadlines, and fee details.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments during admissions.
- Prepare admission reports and daily enquiry status updates.
- Support management in achieving admission targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and parent information.
- Participate in school events, admission drives, and promotional activities.
- Assist in social media or marketing campaigns for admissions.
- Build good public relations for the school.
- Maintain professional appearance and communication at all times.
- Be punctual, organized, and customer-service oriented.
- Follow school policies and ethical standards.
Required Skills

- Fluency in English and local language preferred
