Job Summary
MJB Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MIS Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and maintaining MIS reports to support sales operations and management in making data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze sales, stock, secondary sales, and distribution data.
- Generate reports using SAP, ERP software, Microsoft Excel, and other reporting tools.
- Ensure timely submission and accuracy of all reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams to collect and validate data.
- Develop dashboards and management reports.
- Monitor sales performance and provide actionable business insights.
- Maintain databases and ensure data integrity.
- Support management with ad hoc reports and business analysis.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SAP, ERP software, and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- INDEX-MATCH
- Charts & Dashboards
- Data Validation
- Conditional Formatting
- Basic Excel formulas and data analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with, Power BI or Google Looker Studio is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of sales reporting and FMCG distribution systems.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
