Profile: Sales Engineer-Neemrana-4.2 LPA
Experience:
- Fresher to 1 year experience would work
- Experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, or project-based selling preferred
- Exposure to energy systems, industrial equipment, utilities, or engineering solutions
- Experience handling technical products with customized customer requirements
- Understanding of industrial buying processes and long sales cycles
Salary Range: 25k to 35k
Roles:
- Generate and qualify new leads through market visits, networking, references, and research.
- Conduct calls and follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Sales Head with potential clients.
- Visit industrial areas, factories, and customer locations to identify business opportunities.
- Maintain a database of leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the Sales Head regarding customer requirements and meeting schedules.
- Support business development and sales activities to achieve company targets.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, visits, leads, and meetings generated.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mandatory ( Mechanical / Chemical)
- MBA or Diploma in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage
- Experience in B2B or project-based selling is preferred
