Job Description:
(80% Recruitment and 20% HR Operations)
A. Recruitments Core Function
- Should be able to independently source and line up candidates starting from junior to senior level across departments.
- Should be able to close positions as per the timelines.
- Should be able to meet deadlines of closing positions on time.
- Ability to work on job portals independently.
- Reviewing resumes and applications online via job portals and internal career site.
- Conducting interviews over the phone.
- To take overall responsibility for recruitment activity to ensure availability of manpower as per business requirement.
B. HR Operations
- Complete Joining Formalities & Ensure Document Completion of New Joiners.
- Preparation of JDs and KRAs.
- Preparation of Induction and New Joined Module.
- Actively work on ERP.
C. Employee Engagement:
- To conduct employee focus groups to complement engagement surveys.
- To work with vendors, Office of Human Resource partners and colleagues and administrative units. Human Resource partners to design and evaluate effective and efficient engagement surveys.
- To manage a professional training and development staff.
- To develop an Employee Engagement Manual.
- Ensuring overall HR operation like HR events / Attendance /Streamlining Processes.
D. Multitasking HR Activities:
- Oversee admin functions.
- Any other multitasking HR related activities as and when required.
- Assist the HR Head in bringing in strategic organizational growth.
Required Candidate Profile
- Excellent Communications skills both written and spoken are a must for this Role.
- Recruitment Techniques.
- Any Additional HR-related certifications are acceptable.
- Skill in generalist activities.
- Knowledge of Labour Law.
- Employee Engagement.
Certification/ Skill Set:
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent Communications skills.
Analytical Skills.
Psycho-Analytical skills.
Excellent Presentation skills.
High Level of interpersonal skills.
Good Knowledge on the subject of Human Resource and Industrial Relation.
