Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service & Installation Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for product installation, after-sales service, maintenance support, warranty handling, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and quality service execution.
Key Responsibilities
Install products at customer locations as per company standards
Provide repair, maintenance, and technical support services
Handle warranty and non-warranty service requests
Conduct site inspections and assess installation readiness
Ensure proper functioning and testing of installed products
Coordinate with Sales and Store departments for service requirements
Maintain service records, job history, and documentation
Manage spare parts usage and return procedures
Collect customer confirmations and feedback after service completion
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional support
Skills Required
Basic technical and troubleshooting knowledge
Good communication and customer handling skills
Ability to travel for site visits and installations
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Knowledge of service documentation and reporting is preferred
Qualification
Diploma / ITI / Degree in a relevant field
