Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, maintenance, and other administrative requirements.
- Maintain office assets, inventory, and stationery records.
- Handle courier services, travel bookings, and accommodation arrangements as required.
- Coordinate with building management and external service providers.
- Maintain employee records related to administration and office facilities.
- Support onboarding by arranging workstations, access cards, and other administrative requirements.
- Process vendor invoices, maintain expense records, and assist with administrative budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with office policies, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Organize employee engagement activities and support internal events.
- Provide general administrative support to HR and other departments as required.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in administration or office management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in handling office facilities, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Familiarity with administrative documentation and record management.
- Prior experience in a startup or corporate environment is preferred.
