Black Masterbatch Machine Operator –
Machine Operating Responsibilities
- Operate extrusion and pelletizing machines for black masterbatch production.
- Start up and shut down machines according to SOP.
- Feed raw materials into hopper/feeding system as per production requirements.
- Set and adjust machine parameters such as:
- Temperature
- Screw speed
- Pressure
- Feeding rate
- Monitor machine performance during production.
- Control extrusion flow and pellet quality.
- Change screens, dies, and filters when required.
- Operate mixer, feeder, pelletizer, and cooling systems.
- Ensure smooth material flow through the extrusion line.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
