Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Painter to prepare surfaces and apply paint, coatings, and finishes to buildings, rooms, furniture, and other structures. The painter will ensure all work is completed safely, neatly, and according to company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling, and repairing cracks or holes.
- Apply paint, primer, varnish, polish, and other protective or decorative coatings.
- Mix and match paints and colors according to job requirements.
- Paint walls, ceilings, doors, windows, furniture, metal surfaces, and other structures.
- Use brushes, rollers, spray guns, and other painting tools safely and correctly.
- Inspect finished work to ensure proper coverage, smoothness, color, and quality.
- Remove old paint and prepare surfaces for repainting.
- Protect furniture, floors, fixtures, and other areas from paint damage.
- Perform touch-up and corrective painting work when required.
- Maintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Report material requirements, equipment issues, and major defects to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with other maintenance and construction workers when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Painter is preferred.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation.
- Ability to use brushes, rollers, spray equipment, and other painting tools.
- Good knowledge of different types of paints, primers, and coatings.
- Ability to mix colors and achieve the required finish.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Physically fit and able to work for extended periods.
- Ability to work at heights using ladders or scaffolding when required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits
Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
