Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Barista to manage daily cafe operations, prepare high-quality beverages, and lead the barista team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of coffee preparation, customer service, and team handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, and other cafe products.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.
- Lead, train, and supervise the barista team.
- Manage daily counter operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
- Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other inventory.
- Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with the store manager for requirements.
- Follow standard recipes, hygiene, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure the bar and work area are clean and well-organized.
- Monitor wastage and control beverage costs.
- Support the team during peak hours and ensure timely order delivery.
- Assist in training new staff on beverage preparation and service standards.
- Maintain daily operational and inventory records.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of coffee, espresso, brewing methods, and beverage preparation.
- Good understanding of coffee equipment and its maintenance.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Team leadership and staff-training abilities.
- Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced cafe environment.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
Qualification & Experience
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Degree in Hospitality or relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Barista, Senior Barista, or Lead Barista.
- Experience in a reputed cafe, coffee shop, or hospitality outlet will be preferred.

A confident and customer-focused Lead Barista with strong coffee-making skills, team-handling experience, and the ability to independently manage bar operations while maintaining quality and service standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
