Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Visual Merchandiser to manage the visual presentation of our textile showroom and create an attractive shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute attractive product displays across the showroom.
- Arrange sarees, textiles and collections according to themes, colours and occasions.
- Create attractive displays for new arrivals, festivals and special collections.
- Plan window displays and promotional areas.
- Ensure products are displayed neatly and according to showroom standards.
- Coordinate with the sales and showroom teams for effective product presentation.
- Regularly change displays based on new collections, seasons and promotions.
- Highlight premium, new and fast-moving products through effective placement.
- Monitor customer response to displays and make improvements where required.
- Ensure the overall showroom presentation is clean, organized and visually appealing.
- Coordinate with management and marketing teams for promotional displays.
- Maintain consistency in brand presentation across all showroom sections.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail, Textile or Fashion preferred.
- Experience in a textile/saree showroom will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of colour combinations, styling and product presentation.
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
- Knowledge of current retail and visual merchandising trends.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple display requirements.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.
