Job Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Principal, Director, or Senior Leadership Team. The role requires excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills to ensure the smooth functioning of administrative and academic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage the calendar, appointments, and meetings of the Principal/Director.
Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-up action items.
Handle correspondence, emails, and official communications.
Maintain confidential records, reports, and documentation.
Coordination & Communication
Serve as a liaison between management, faculty, staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and visits.
Draft official letters, presentations, notices, and reports.
Office Management
Organize and maintain filing systems, databases, and records.
Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Support policy implementation and institutional initiatives.
Event & Project Support
Assist in planning academic events, board meetings, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
Coordinate logistics, schedules, and communication for institutional programs.
Monitor project timelines and prepare status updates for leadership.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and management dashboards.
Collect and analyze data related to institutional operations.
Maintain records of compliance, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
