Making an impact. What will you do?
- You will support, configure, develop, maintain, and monitor M365 Services

And be responsible for developing, documenting and sustaining the architecture and relevant processes related to M365 services

You will enforce the creation of technical concept documents, SOPs, and best practices for using M365's different line of products with a focus on M365 governance activities, Tenant Management, Security, and security posture

Also, provide governance and technical direction and acts as a technical authority on topics related to M365 services

Analyze and assess business requirements and solutions in the context of M365, keeping in mind security as a fundamental part of the solution

And handle change management around Microsoft updates to the M365 and Entra ID
- You will support services in line with service-level agreements

You will also work with Evergreen activities, plan, communicate, and perform the necessary steps to take a new feature or product into a sustainable service offering

Moreover, support and sustain implementation of Microsoft Purview solutions at Enterprise level including DLP and Sensitivity labels

Lastly, monitoring the usage of Agentic AI based on Copilot/Copilot Studio in the organization including licensing, costs, and security
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
- You must have a bachelor's degree with a major in computer science, information management systems, or business administration and 5 to 10 years+ of experience providing IT application support and administration, including experience leading IT projects

Along with, 6+ years’ experience with the operation and maintenance of M365 Tenants, including roles as L3 administrator or M365 solution architect

And 5+ years working as Administrator, Cloud Architect or global development also, 5+ years' experience with PowerShell

Must have is excellent English skills, both verbally and written
- Also, experience creating technical concepts and driving technical implementations

Good experience with Power BI, Azure Analytics, and in general with tools that allow creation, managing and analysing data
- Lastly, proven knowledge on Application Access Governance, including graph permissions, and Agentic AI permissions
