Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team on-site. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads for the company’s services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally
- Maintain a record of calls, customer details, and feedback
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Previous telecalling or customer support experience is preferred (but not mandatory)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
