About the Role
Haritha Automation Private Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Manufacturing or Trading industries and possess knowledge of Import transactions, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete accounting activities in Tally Prime.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and Cash Flow Management.
- Process payroll and ensure statutory compliance.
- Prepare MIS Reports, Financial Statements, and Management Reports.
- Coordinate with Auditors, Tax Consultants, and Government Authorities.
- Handle Import-related accounting, documentation, and compliance.
- Monitor inventory accounting and costing for manufacturing/trading operations.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end account finalization.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
- 5–8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in Manufacturing or Trading Industry is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Import Accounting and Import Documentation preferred.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Ability to independently handle accounts up to finalization.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
