Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure efficient and effective delivery of visa services for MICE customers.
2. Adhere to organizational policies, embassy regulations, and established visa processing guidelines.
3. Manage the complete visa processing lifecycle, from document collection to visa issuance.
4. Provide timely support to Sales and Operations teams to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
5. Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of visa documentation.
6. Offer prompt and accurate guidance on visa requirements to internal stakeholders.
7.Keep teams informed about changes in visa regulations, fees, embassy holidays, and application status updates.
8. Minimize urgent processing costs by ensuring visas are submitted and collected within stipulated timelines.
9. Ensure timely collection and verification of documents as per the prescribed checklist.
10. Prepare and submit visa applications accurately and within defined deadlines.
11. Maintain high levels of accuracy to prevent visa rejections resulting from documentation gaps or data entry errors.
12. Collaborate effectively with team members, share knowledge, manage workload efficiently, and maintain positive working relationships across teams.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,494.96 per month
