We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of domestic transportation operations, strong sales capabilities, and established relationships with carriers. This role is focused on driving revenue growth, acquiring new business, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers for domestic transportation and logistics services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
- Leverage industry contacts and carrier relationships to provide competitive transportation solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or freight sales.
- Thorough knowledge of domestic transportation networks and logistics operations.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Well-established network and good working relationships with carriers and transport partners.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.
