Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify potential clients, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping businesses grow through digital solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through:
- LinkedIn
- Cold Calling
- Email Marketing
- Social Media Platforms
- Networking Events
- Referrals and Online Platforms
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Research potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Client Acquisition
- Reach out to prospective clients and schedule meetings.
- Conduct introductory calls and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and share company profiles, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients.
- Ensure excellent client satisfaction and retention.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Contribute to overall company revenue and growth strategies.
Market Research
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging business opportunities.
- Suggest new strategies for market expansion.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Update CRM systems and prepare sales reports.
- Track conversion rates and business performance metrics.
Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Website Development services.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, or Website Sales.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools.
- Experience with proposal creation and client presentations.
- Understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development services.
