Key Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional support experience to students, parents, and teachers
- Provide technical and non-technical support through chat, email, and phone calls
- Handle customer queries and escalation tickets efficiently
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage student classes and sessions
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve learner issues on time
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Preferred Skills
- Candidates who know more than two languages will be preferred
- Preferred regional languages: Kannada, Tamil
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
