- Perform routine laboratory tests including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and pathology.
- Collect, label, and process patient samples (blood, urine, etc.) accurately.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of test results.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the laboratory as per protocols.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Assist senior lab staff and doctors in diagnostic procedures.
- Manage inventory of lab supplies and report shortages.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and NABL guidelines (if applicable).
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and diagnostic testing.
- Familiarity with lab equipment and handling techniques.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in results.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge for report entry and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Lab Technician.
- Freshers with strong practical exposure may be considered (optional, if you want flexibility).
