We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to generate leads and schedule meetings with corporate clients for our gifting and promotional solutions business. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle client conversations professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to corporate clients and generate leads.
- Fix appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Introduce company products and services over calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain client database and follow-up records.
- Handle client inquiries and coordinate with the internal sales team.
- Share catalogues, quotations, and product details with clients.
- Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups for business conversion.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and WhatsApp.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to speak Hindi, English, and Marathi preferred.
- Prior telecalling / customer support / sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Qualification:
- HSC / Graduate / Undergraduate
