What You'll Do
- Source and close commercial leasing & sales transactions.
- Meet corporate clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property inspections and client meetings.
- Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, and brokers.
- Negotiate deals, ensure timely collections, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams for seamless deal closures.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1-2 years of Real Estate Sales Experience.
- Undergraduate or Graduate.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a bike/two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Comfortable travelling for client meetings and site visits.
