Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects.
- Manage project planning, execution, timelines, budgets, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, contractor performance, billing, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
- Prepare project reports and lead project review meetings.
Required Skills:
- 20+ years of experience in Building Construction with strong exposure to PMC & Execution.
- Expertise in project planning, cost control, contract management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
