About the Role
Next Gen Realty is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain ledgers, journals, and supporting financial documentation.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as required.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on collections.
- Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and MIS reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the real estate, construction, or property management industry.
- Knowledge of RERA-related financial processes and documentation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM platforms.
- CA Inter, M.Com, or other accounting certifications will be an added advantage.

- Accurate and timely financial record management.
- Compliance with all statutory and tax-related requirements.
- Efficient handling of accounts payable and receivable.
- Timely submission of financial reports and reconciliations.
