Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new clients (builders, contractors, construction companies)
- Visit sites and generate daily leads
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with plant, dispatch, and operations team
- Negotiate pricing and close orders
- Track market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Experience in RMC preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Must be comfortable with field work & site visits
- Local area knowledge is a must
- Own vehicle preferred
- Experience: 3–7 years (RMC or related field)
- Valsad | Vapi | Silvassa (Local candidates preferred for respective location)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
