YOUR TASKS
- Oversee and manage all aspects of a company's financial controls including revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities and capital.
- Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance to Management (financial performance, projections, capital spending, etc).
- Create annual operating budgets and provide fiscal direction to the management team.
- Implement and maintain reliable control systems and formulates policies.
- Monitor banking activities and ensure sufficient cash flow to meet the company's operating objectives.
- Evaluate and advise on the financial impact of long range plans, introduction of new programs and strategic business options.
- Generate financial reports for review regulatory authorities.
- Establish financial reporting systems to support decision making.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliant audit scope.
- Review and approve preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation.
- Collaborate in the development, execution and measurement of strategic business plans.
- Manage financial department staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Direct the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders and tax returns.
- Support the Board in the annual review and consequent updating of the company’s strategy.
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- CMA, CMA inters & ICWA
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior financial management role with a proven record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Excellent knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting, data analysis, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to strategize and solve problems promptly.
- Outstanding analytical and time-management skills.
- Strong ethics, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Able to handle high-stress situations and meet stringent deadlines.
- Knowledge of all aspects of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Superior attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to make complex and time-sensitive decisions.
