Job Summary
Ferromonk Steel Structure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and generate quality business leads. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media marketing, paid advertising, content creation, SEO, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.
- Manage the company's social media platforms and maintain consistent brand presence.
- Create engaging content, including posts, banners, videos, and marketing creatives.
- Generate quality B2B leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Optimize website content using SEO best practices to improve search rankings.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and marketing insights.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Marketing.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of video editing is an added advantage.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing Certification is preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply.)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
