Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales activities for IT services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online research.
- Connect with potential clients to understand their business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and presentations for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to achieve business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or digital solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing, and lead generation tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development preferred.
