Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-disbursement calling to verify and confirm customer details before loan disbursement.
- Perform welcome calling to onboard new customers and ensure they understand key loan terms and support channels.
- Handle customer service calls, addressing queries, concerns, and providing accurate information.
- Make due-date reminder calls to ensure timely payments and reduce delinquency.
- Carry out calling for journey-stuck cases, assisting customers who are unable to proceed with any step of the loan process.

- Understanding of payment processing procedures and customer communication protocols.
- Strong verbal communication, clarity, and active listening skills.
- Ability to follow scripts and adhere to established procedures.
- Patience, empathy, and professionalism when dealing with customers in challenging situations.
- Consistent and reliable attendance with a strong sense of punctuality..
Education
- Graduate degree required. Or 12th Pass
- Basic excel Knowledge.
Location Borivali west, Mumbai
Salary – Best as per industry standards
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
