JOB DESCRIPTION – PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE
Position: Production Executive
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: B.Sc. Chemistry / Agriculture / B.Tech
Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000
Industry: Agrochemical / Chemical Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise daily production activities as per the production schedule.
- Ensure smooth execution of batch manufacturing and processing operations.
- Handle proper mixing, blending, formulation, and processing of agrochemical products.
- Monitor production parameters and ensure adherence to approved SOPs.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records, production reports, and material consumption records.
- Coordinate with Quality Control for in-process and final product quality checks.
- Follow safety procedures for handling chemicals and hazardous materials.
- Ensure the use of proper PPE and compliance with EHS guidelines.
- Coordinate with Stores for timely availability of raw and packing materials.
- Identify production-related issues and support troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and discipline in the production area.
- Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
Required Skills: Production Operations, Chemical Handling, Documentation, SOP Compliance, Safety Awareness.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
