One5Lab is a dynamic and growing company focused on delivering innovative digital solutions. We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support project execution and ensure timely delivery of assigned projects.
Location: Mohali, Punjab

Experience Required: 2– 3 years
Working Hours: 8 hours/day
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of assigned projects and manage them end-to-end
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide project updates
- Work closely with development, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and proactively resolve them
- Maintain project documentation and status reports
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and delivery of projects
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to take ownership and manage projects independently
- Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to leverage them for productivity and project execution
