Job Summary
An F&B Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests in restaurants, coffee shops, banquets, lounges, and other dining outlets within the hotel. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, service quality, and maintaining hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks according to hotel service standards.
- Set up and clear tables before and after service.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
- Prepare bills and process payments when required.
- Promote menu items, daily specials, and hotel promotions.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

Qualifications
- 10+2 or equivalent qualification.

Typical Duties During a Shift
- Attend briefing and review daily specials.
- Prepare restaurant/service area for operation.
- Welcome guests and take orders.
- Serve food and beverages.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness.
- Complete closing duties and handover.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
