About the Role:
We are looking for highly motivated freshers who want to build a strong career in Business Development and B2B Sales.
This role is ideal for candidates who are confident, energetic, and eager to learn how corporate sales works. You will be responsible for reaching out to companies, understanding their gifting needs, and introducing them to Corporate Gyft’s solutions.
You will interact with professionals across departments such as HR, Admin, Marketing, and Procurement—giving you real exposure to how businesses operate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with companies for corporate gifting requirements
- Generate B2B leads through calls, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach
- Travel to client offices for meetings, presentations, and relationship building
- Pitch corporate gifting solutions such as employee welcome kits, festive hampers, branded merchandise, and client gifts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients (both virtual and in-person)
- Understand client needs, budgets, and timelines for bulk orders
- Work closely with internal teams to create proposals and close deals
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to drive repeat business
Who Should Apply (Freshers Only):
- Graduates from top colleges such as Delhi University, NMIMS, Symbiosis International University, or similar institutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking with professionals
- Self-driven with a willingness to learn and achieve targets
Bonus (Not Mandatory):
- Internship or exposure in sales, marketing, or business development
- Experience in cold calling, client interaction, or college societies (marketing/sponsorship roles)
