The Role :
We're looking for a talented Graphics & Motion Designer to join our in-office team in Konnagar. You'll work on a mix of static and animated content across digital campaigns, social media, branding, and web — building visual stories that move audiences.
What You'll Do :
- Design graphics for social media, digital ads, and brand campaigns
- Create motion graphics, reels, and animated content for digital platforms
- Work closely with the strategy and content teams on creative briefs
- Maintain visual consistency across client brand guidelines
- Support pitch decks, presentations, and client proposals
What We're Looking For :
- 0–2 years of design experience (internships and freelance work count)
- A strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools
- A good eye for typography, color, and composition
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
Good to Have :
Figma, CapCut, Canva, Lottie/JSON animation, basic video shoot sensibility
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
