Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and smooth functioning of our facilities. The candidate will ensure all operations run efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day facility operations, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance
- Supervise and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure proper maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- Handle breakdowns, repairs, and emergency situations promptly
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, vendor contracts, and inventory
- Monitor facility budgets and control expenses
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate space management and office layout planning
- Manage facility staff and ensure proper team performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Facility Manager / similar role
- Strong team handling and leadership skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations and facility management
- Must own a personal bike with a valid driving license
- Willing to relocate to Gurugram
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
