Hiring: Business Development Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and presentable professional to work closely with the Senior Business Expansion Manager in expanding Gleuhr’s Referral Partner Network.
This role involves representing the company in meetings, building relationships with referral partners, coordinating events, and supporting business expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend business meetings with salons, pharmacies, gyms, doctors, makeup artists, and wellness partners.
* Conduct meetings independently on behalf of the company as assigned.
* Assist in onboarding referral partners into Gleuhr’s Referral Program.
* Coordinate and manage free Skin Analysis Camps and promotional events.
* Visit events and exhibitions to generate business opportunities.
* Build relationships with freelance makeup artists, bridal studios, and beauty professionals for collaborations.
* Follow up with existing partners to ensure engagement and referral generation.
* Maintain meeting records and daily activity reports.
* Coordinate with the internal team for partner onboarding and campaign execution.
Candidate Profile
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident in meeting business owners and professionals
* Presentable personality with a professional attitude
* Willing to travel within Chandigarh, Mohali, Zirakpur, and nearby areas
* Experience in sales, business development, hospitality, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or client relationship management is preferred
* Freshers with excellent communication and confidence may also apply

Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
