Job Title: Research Counsellor
Location: OMR, Chennai (Work from office only)
Shifts: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM OR 1:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Eligibility: Any completed degree; no arrears

Job Overview:
The Research Counsellor will interact with students, researchers, and professionals to understand their research needs and guide them through advisory or service pathways. The role requires clear communication, structured listening, ethical explanation of scope, and disciplined follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospects on research guidance, academic support, IP, and consulting services
- Document enquiries and convert them into clear internal notes for consultants and operations teams
- Explain scope, timelines, and next steps without overpromising results
- Maintain daily follow-ups and update lead status in trackers/CRM
- Coordinate with admissions staff for onboarding and interview scheduling
Skills Required:
- Strong spoken English (Tamil useful for local handling)
- Good listening, note-taking, and follow-up discipline
- Basic digital proficiency (spreadsheets, WhatsApp, email, CRM)
- Ethical communication and confidentiality
Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹40,000 per month (initial contract stage) + performance incentives
