We are seeking a Product Designer (Wooden Toys) to lead the end-to-end development of innovative educational wooden toys.
Role Overview
The Product Designer (Wooden Toys) will oversee the complete product development cycle — from raw material selection to finished, packaged products. This role blends traditional woodworking craftsmanship with modern industrial design, ensuring that every toy is safe, durable, and inspiring for children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product development from raw material to final packed product.
- Create samples and prototypes for new toy designs as per requirements.
- Collaborate with the production department to manage product development.
- Develop and manage layout plans for product development processes.
- Ensure compliance with child safety and quality standards.
- Innovate with new designs, finishes, and sustainable materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong background in product design, industrial design, or toy manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with wooden toy sampling and prototyping.
- Knowledge of toy safety standards (EN71, ASTM, BIS preferred).
- Proficiency in design and office software:
- Photoshop
- CorelDRAW
- MS Office
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail with a passion for creating child-friendly products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in educational toy design.
- Minimum Graduate (B.Des.)
- Ability to balance creativity with production feasibility.

Salary
- Probation period 3 months with montly salary Rs.35000/-.
- Sucessful completion of probation period-Salary revis to Rs.50000/- per month.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
