Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken, and persistent Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers. Your primary goal is to pitch our residential/commercial projects, qualify leads, and invite interested clients for site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and marketing leads.
- Project Pitching: Explain Reneev Developers' current real estate projects, layouts, amenities, and pricing clearly to potential buyers.
- Lead Qualification: Understand the customer's budget, location preference, and timeline to identify high-potential leads.
- Site Visit Scheduling: Convince interested prospects and successfully book site visits for the field sales team.
- Follow-ups: Maintain regular, polite follow-ups with warm leads to move them further down the sales funnel.
- Data Management: Keep a clean, accurate record of all calls, customer feedback, and appointment statuses in our daily tracker or CRM system.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support (Experience in Real Estate or insurance/loans is highly preferred).
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any field.
- Languages: Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi to effectively converse with local clients. Basic proficiency in English is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- A polite, patient, and persuasive telephone manner.
- Ability to handle objections confidently without getting discouraged.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining daily calling sheets.
