Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and music to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and creative direction.
- Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
- Organize and manage video assets and project files.
- Assist with basic color correction, audio enhancement, and video optimization for different platforms.
- Stay updated on current video editing trends, social media formats, and best practices.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or motion graphics software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and video content formats.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Portfolio or sample work (personal projects, academic work, or freelance projects are acceptable).
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Media, Film Production, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Interest in content creation, digital marketing, and storytelling.
