Job Summary
Punjabi Kitchen & Bar is looking for smart, energetic, and experienced all-rounder staff members who can handle both serving and bar responsibilities professionally. The candidate should have good customer dealing skills, basic bar knowledge, and the ability to manage restaurant service smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend customers professionally
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks efficiently
- Prepare and serve basic cocktails, mocktails, and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service area, and bar counter
- Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff for smooth service
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely
- Ensure proper presentation and hospitality standards
- Support restaurant operations during rush hours
Requirements
- Experience in restaurant service and bar handling preferred
- Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and customer service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Active, responsible, and team-oriented personality
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
