Job Summary
ALIMS School of Business is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive student admissions, build strategic partnerships, and support overall business growth.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills with the ability to achieve admission targets and expand the institution’s outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase student admissions.
- Identify and generate new leads through educational campaigns, referrals, events, and networking activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educational consultants, and partner institutions.
- Conduct counselling sessions and provide accurate information regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Coordinate promotional activities, seminars, career guidance programs, and outreach initiatives.
- Lead and support the admissions/business development team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Track lead conversion, follow-ups, and admission performance through reports and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, social media promotions, and branding activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensure excellent student and client engagement throughout the admission process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, admissions, or educational marketing preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary package starts from ₹20,000 and will be based on experience and performance.
