About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to create intuitive, scalable, and high-impact digital experiences. You will play a key role in designing products that solve real-world healthcare challenges while delivering exceptional experiences to patients and caregivers. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business teams to create user experiences that are simple, trustworthy, and conversion-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Product & User Experience Design
● Design intuitive and accessible user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
● Translate complex healthcare workflows into seamless user experiences.
● Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and pixel-perfect high-fidelity designs.
● Simplify high-friction user journeys such as onboarding, search, checkout, and adherence flows.
User Research & Validation
● Conduct user interviews, usability studies, and behavioral research.
● Gather user feedback and convert insights into design improvements.
● Validate design decisions through testing and experimentation.
Design Systems & Scalability
● Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components in Figma.
● Ensure consistency across products and experiences.
● Create developer-friendly design documentation and handoffs.
Collaboration
● Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
● Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and product discussions.
● Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
Data-Driven Design
● Use product metrics, user behavior, and funnel analysis to improve usability and conversions.
● Continuously iterate based on analytics, research findings, and customer feedback.
AI-Powered Design Workflows
● Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, UX writing, and design exploration.
● Explore AI-driven experiences and personalization opportunities within healthcare products.
