Team LeadershipLead and mentor finance/accounting teamDrive process improvements and automation initiativesEnsure continuous development of team capabilitiesEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)Professional certification (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) preferred8–15 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting rolesExperience in leadership or managerial capacityTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulationsProficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and ExcelFinancial modeling and data analysis skills
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
